Apparent first U.S. printing of this entry in the "English Masters of Black-And-White". Cruikshank illustrated any number of classics, including Dickens, Harriet Beecher Stowe, and Washington Irving. This slim voliume focuses on his long life and career, with many reproductions of his art. Brown cloth with gilt lettering to spine, tan jacket.
