Surprise Engagement

Romantic trifle from just after the war--Peter and Jill are taken by surprise when the newspaper announces their engagements. There follow hijinks, misunderstandings, and yes, romance. For its age, this is quite good. Previous owner's name and tiny star sticker (1/4 in square) on front endpaper, otherwise the book is clean, binding tight--some typical browning to pages.
